Moments of Truth Survey Results

 

Thank you to everyone that participated in the 'Moments of Truth' Survey.   Special thank you to Deborah Klotz for developing the survey and providing the club with her expert advice. 59% of the club membership participated in the survey. Click below to view the survey results.

 Survey Results

Based on the results, the club executive team formed the following four committees:

  • New Member Orientation (Co-chaired by Tom Hall, Michael Lee)
  • Evaluation Quality (Co-chaired by Stephen Grant, Fraser Barnes)
  • Facilitating Advanced Speakers (Co-chaired by Andrew Heal, Judy Watt)
  • Mentoring Initiatives and Training (Co-chaired by Pierre Boutquin, Deborah Klotz)

Each committee will report monthly to the executive team.  At the September 16th. executive meeting, each committee will put forward recommendations for enhancing the club's performance in their subject area.
